Susi JohnstonAn art historian and dealer, Susi describes herself as an “ad hoc scholar-at-large”. She earned a master’s degree in art history from St Andrews University in Scotland with a dissertation on Tibetan architecture. She speaks fluent Indonesian, and passable Balinese, and reads Balinese and Kawi (Old Javanese). In Bali since 1995, Susi has authored numerous articles and books on Bali-related topics, and often gives lectures and educational presentations on various arts and cultural subjects. |
